During it's 100 year history the "Royal College of Art" has built a reputation as being the world's foremost postgraduate arts and design university. At the end of May thirty three graduating fashion students kicked the season off and presented their eagerly anticipated final year collections of Menswear, Womenswear, Knitwear and Milinery to a mixed audience of manufacturers, buyers, press and students of fashion.

More than fifty people gathered at “AND eventSpace 1” on Friday evening 22 May to see “Crossing Fields” - an exhibition of recent works by Roderick Coyne. These works further extends his previous practice of using photographic imagery to include the process of painting. Roderick Coyne studied sculpture at the RCA 1969-72.

Since mid June 2012 visitors to London can enjoy the ‘Emirates Cable Car’ which runs across the River Thames from North Greenwich Arena (aka ‘Millenium Dome’) to the Royal Docks (near to Excel Exhibition/Conference Centre). The journey takes approximately 5 minutes and gives passengers a chance to experience a birds eye view of the river weaving its way through London one of the worlds greatest cities.

Art Fairs London Ltd have launched “Art13 London”. This new art fair sponsored by Citi Private Bank, took place at Olympia Grand Hall, Kensington and showcased a range of international Modern and Contemporary Art by established artists and new names in the frame.

After an AGM lunch members took an “Art Walk” from AND eventSpace to John Cass Art School Gallery (London Metropolitan University), Whitechapel Art Gallery, Gallery S.O, “Unto This Last” (Plywood Interior design) Work Shop, and “WaWa (‘tailored seating’) Showrooms in Bethnal Green.
