The world’s largest arms fair returns to London this September.

They are back with award-winning and provocative art exhibition and programme of events. Armed with art, comedy and music, we will expose the arms fair and support those working to challenge it.

Art Exhibition

London 3 – 13 September with an ambitious art exhibition and programme of events at Maverick Projects, to coincide with the arms fair.

Art the Arms Fair exhibition will be held across three venues in Peckham:

Safehouses 1 & 2 (137 & 139 Copeland Rd) for the main exhibition, 12pm–8pm weekdays and 10am–8pm at the weekend

AMP Gallery (1 Acorn Parade) for Peter Kennard’s takeover, 12pm–8pm weekdays and 10am–8pm at the weekend

AMP Studios (897a Old Kent Rd) for more art, 6pm–8pm on weekdays and 10am-8pm at the weekend (plus all our evening events – see below)

Events programme

All events will be at AMP Studio (897a Old Kent Rd).

Tuesday 3 September: An evening with award winning writer, performer and provocateur Mark Thomas. 7-10pm. Get tickets.

Wednesday 4 September: Thrilled to present an evening of music with Noémie du Cimetière, who will be joined by Gone Under Sea and Georgia Duncan. 7-11pm. Find out more.

Friday 6 September: An evening of live music with the Undercover Hippy, Roaman and Boom Boom Racoon. 7-11pm. Get tickets.

Saturday 7 September… stay tuned for an exciting announcement!

Sunday 8 September: Games workshop with Dissent Games, showcasing their new game Disarm the Base. 3.30pm drop-in.

Tuesday 10 September: Are your arms for drawing? Drop-in to our drink & draw evening with Drawing People Together. 6-9pm. Find out more.

Wednesday 11 September: Cassetteboy is BACK with their comedy disco, subversive puppetry from Bad Professors. 7.30-10.30pm. Get involved.

Thursday 12 September: Join us for an evening of radical poetry and spoken word. 7-10pm. Find out more.

Friday 13 September: Auction & closing party.
